The course is practical/experiential rather than theoretical…encouraging self-enquiry, and empowering you to take away what you’ve learned to use it in your day to day life.
The 5 module course covers: postures, meditation, breathing practice, anatomy, lifestyle/wellbeing and introduces you to the Chinese 5 Elements. All of this material is covered over 50 hours of workshops, in-person or on Zoom if necessary.
