Yoga Foundation Course
The Foundation Course teaches you exactly what you need to build a solid knowledgeable home practice and integrate yoga into your life.
The word "Yoga" comes from the Sanskrit word
"yuj"
which means
"to unite or integrate".
The goal of all yoga is to integrate the mind, body and spirit.
Practising yoga
should be a gentle
transformative process.
Yoga can be safely done
by everyone.
The Sanskrit word
"Ahimsa"
means non-violence, non-harming, non-injuring.
It is an important concept in yoga.

Thanks Rachel.”
